SOUL Celebrations: Installation of Black Girl Magic Mural

COme out to celebrate the installation of “Black Girl Magic” by Lusmerlin and Black Lives Mural, installed on the Creek at William R Diggs Pool in downtown Frederick at 4pm. We will be there to do our SOUL Celebrations Black Ribbon Cutting for them.
